It's an easy and seamless process to set up Planroom in your facility.  MediaLogic can arrange to have all existing/historical documents scanned, converted to electronic files, and uploaded to Planroom’s online platform.  Thereafter, assigned users upload documents directly online as they are created and used.Planroom’s format is easy to use and maintain.  Because we are an Application Service Provider, there’s no need for additional IT support from your organization. Planroom runs independently from your existing IT infrastructure; updates to the system are immediate, without any interruption to your operations.

 Locating and Uploading Documents in Planroom

1.) Sign On - www.facilityplanroom.com

2.) Select a Facility from the Drop Down List

3.) Select View Facility Documents

4.) Use Key word Search & Description Information to Locate Desired File 

5.) Upload tab, Folder, Browse for Files, Meta Information, Click Upload.
