Before, during and after construction projects, a large amount of paper is generated. Throughout this process many documents are damaged or lost due to mismanagement.

• Pre-construction specifications can be arranged so that architects, contractors, and subs are required to submit and upload digital copies into Planroom. Right from the start you are creating a share-store data base with quality control.
• During-construction original documents are used and get passed around. In the end you are lucky to find a revision.
• Post-construction the contractor gives you a truck load of paper documentation that usually gets shoved in a closet or worse the trash. Now any future facility owners/operators are lost!
